Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation 15 days or more prior to your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your check-in date, you will be charged the full booking amount.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

COVID-19 Policy:

At our property, we take the health and safety of our guests and staff very seriously. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe and comfortable stay:

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls.
  • We have implemented social distancing measures throughout the property, including limiting the number of guests in common areas and providing contactless check-in and check-out.
  • Our staff members wear face masks and follow strict hand hygiene protocols.
  • We provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the property for guests to use.
  • We ask that guests who are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to postpone their visit.

In the event that a guest or staff member tests positive for COVID-19, we will follow all guidelines and protocols provided by local health authorities, including contact tracing and deep cleaning of affected areas.

Property Policy:

  1. Check-in time is after 11am and check-out time is before 10 am. Don’t worry, we won’t kick you out if you linger a little longer, but please let us know in advance if you need a late check-out.
  2. Quiet hours are from 11.3opm to 8am. Please don’t be that person who sings karaoke in the middle of the night.
  3. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the hostel or within [insert distance] of the property. If you need a nicotine fix, please step outside and join the cool kids.
  4. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the property. Unless you’re talking about the chocolate chip cookies that our kitchen staff whips up – those are highly addictive but completely legal.
  5. Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe and secure at all times. We know that you’re backpacking across the country, but please don’t leave your valuables lying around like you’re at home.
  6. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the hostel property or furnishings during their stay. We trust that you’ll treat our hostel with respect, but if you break something, please let us know so we can fix it (and maybe give you a high-five for the epic story).
  7. Visitors are not permitted on the hostel property without prior approval from management. Unless, of course, you meet the love of your life while exploring the city and need to bring them back to show off your hostel digs.
  8. Pets are not allowed on the property except for service animals. We love furry friends as much as the next person, but we don’t want to be responsible for cleaning up after them.
  9. Food and drinks are not allowed in dorm rooms. We don’t want any unwanted roommates in the form of ants or rodents, so please use the common areas and kitchen to consume food and drinks.
  10. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the common areas and kitchen. We’re all in this together, so let’s keep the hostel clean and tidy for everyone to enjoy.
  11. Any behavior that is deemed dangerous, threatening, or disruptive to other guests or staff is not tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Don’t be that person who ruins the fun for everyone else – let’s keep the good vibes going.
  12. The hostel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates the hostel rules or displays behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. We hope that we never have to use this rule, but we want to make sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable during their stay.
